Through his knowledge as a Computer Engineer, Bastien Lagier moves into an interdisciplinary work approach that leads him into the world of scenography and lighting design. This artist, of immense dedication, uses his personal experience and own perception of life to lead his audience into a journey of self-discovery.
“Light and its power, allow me to choose what the viewer’s eye sees or doesn’t see. You may also use transitions to adjust the setting of your eye like a photographer adjusts the setting of your camera. I would like to take advantage of the Young Master’s Program to refine my reflection on content and form and to start working on what transitions could entail.”
