While internationally known for the audio-visual performances with the \u00ab\u00a0Visual Piano\u00a0\u00bb, his experimental photographic series, his spatial interventions with luminescent strings, or his fog projections are rarely on display.<\/p>\n<p>LIGHT AS ARTISTIC MATERIAL<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0My understanding of light is rooted in photography _ all processes of photography are light-related and they have changed my understanding of the visual. The deeper my understanding became, the more I wanted to share this experience &#8211; the process of appearing and disappearing or \u00ab\u00a0happening\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; with others, with artists and curators, but also with an attentive audience\u00a0\u00bb, says Laurenz Theinert.<\/p>\n<p>WORKING IN TUNIS<\/p>\n<p>Laurenz Theinert has supported the INTERFERENCE initiative from the beginning.
