Coming from a discipline constructed on some solid defined rules like interior design, Mariem uses her artworks as means for a free self-expression. Her artwork is born from her own perception of life. It takes form not only to liberate the Artist from the natural need of self-expression but to intrigue the audience into a moment of thoughtfulness and self-awareness as well.  Using wires and projection, this artist aims to tackle the concept of oblivion and memory in the modern time.
