Marché Sidi Sridek (سوق سيدي سريدك) is one of the most known souks in the Medina of Tunis. It is situated in El Hafsia District in the north-east of the Al-Zaytuna Mosque, and it was built by Ahmed Bey, in 1940, during the French occupation. It is also located near the Jewish hood, and the whole district is a symbol of symbiosis between Islamic and Jewish communities of the Medina.
The Souk is called after a Muslim holy saint named Sidi Sridek, and it specializes in selling daily use products.
